Our Performing Arts Studio offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels

 Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer

achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible

INTRODUCTORY DANCE

AGE 3-6

Petite Development Program

• Classes for boys and girls in their years before attending ‘big school’ or just started

• These classes work toward mastering basic gross motor activities such as hopping, jumping, galloping and skipping as well as musical appreciation & creative interpretation

• Independent learning environment helps to develop confidence

• Staged class groups allow children to progress as their skills increase

• Children learn in a fun, friendly and most importantly, encouraging environment

• Classes available in Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap and Acro/Tumbling 

• Classes held on Saturdays and Tuesdays

• 30 min per class

FUN DANCE CLASSES

BEGINNER / INTERMED

AGE 6-17

Young Dancers

Development Program

• Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this is what you are looking for

• Designed to suit beginner and intermediate levels, our program offers a creative way of learning in an energetic and lively environment full of FUN without missing the importance of technique and training 

• We find that this is a wonderful program for our begginers/intermediate levels as the students are able to grow with confidence in a nurturing environment at their own pace

• There are no prerequisites or pre-knowledge required

• We offer Jazz Funk Hip Hop (JFH), Acro/Tumbling, Contemp/Lyrical and Singing/Acting, Ballet & Tap

PERFORMANCE DANCE

AGE 5-18

Elite Dancers Performance Program

Invitation or Audition only

1.  Petite Elite program

5-6 yrs

• Is designed for first year competition dancers

• This team is open to students who want more than just a dance class and would like the experience of performing in dance competitions and other events throughout the year.

• Technique and Ballet classes are a requirement for this team. 

• Other classes available are also highly recommended; Tap, Hip Hop Crew & Singing/Acting.
   

2.  Elite Dancers Performance Program

6 - 18 yrs

• For students who want to take their dancing skills to the next level.

• It is by invitation or audition only and consists of students who are at an advanced level no matter what their age. 

• Whilst all students will get the opportunity to perform, the Elite program students will compete at Eisteddfods/Competitions and enjoy other event performances representing the studio.

• Our aim and goals are to help students, develop character, integrity, self-esteem, whilst developing a joy for dance. We encourage the importance of teamwork and strive to provide the best dance curriculum possible to inspire and turn out quality dancers 

• Our Choreographers and Team are of a high caliber, they are passionate and dedicated.

RAD BALLET CLASSES

AGE 6 - ADULT

Registered Examinaton Teachers

• As a studio who values the growth and commitment of our dancers from all ages, it’s our pleasure to offer exams to students in RAD Classical Ballet as a part of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet Syllabus program ​​

​

• Led by a passionate team of qualified Ballet Instructors, every year students undertake exams in classical ballet

​​

• It is not compulsory for students to do exams when taking a ballet class but there are compulsory requirements if they do want too, otherwise they can just attend classes​

Sitting an exam is beneficial for your child in many ways:

• examinations provide something to strive for, helping students to acquire skills in a structured and disciplined, yet enjoyable 

• Students can acquire a strong sense of achievement in progression through examination grades

• Students who want to seek professional careers in dance/teaching sitting exams provide evidence that they are well trained

• For parents, examinations provide an independent assessment of the standard their child is achieving.

HIP HOP CREWS

AGE 5 - ADULT

Specialised Performance Crews

Our Hip Hop Performance Crews are for elite students who want to compete at Regional, National and International levels

If you are starting to think seriously about Hip Hop Dance lessons and classes, or are interested in competing in State, National and International Hip Hop Dance Competitions contact us for audition details

We currently hold 3 Hip Hop Dance Competition teams who compete in Hip Hop Championships around Australia

Hip Hop dance Teams are entered into the kids, Junior, Varsity and Open Hip Hop dance division depending on their age group.

Coached under our intensive program, our Hip Hop crews focus on a 1.5 - 2 minute routine that includes hip hop dance styles such as Break, Locking, Popping, Wacking, House, Swag and Lyrical
